The short version: you buy a license, we give you the plugin, updates and support for the length of your plan. If it doesn’t work out, you get your money back within 30 days.
The plugins
All our plugins are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. The license key gives you access to updates, downloads and support, for the number of sites in your plan. Development and staging sites don’t count.
Renewals
Yearly plans renew automatically on their anniversary date. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan then runs until the end of the period you paid for and stops there. If you stop renewing, the plugin keeps working. Updates and support stop.
Refunds
Within 30 days of a purchase or a renewal, write to us and we refund the full amount, no questions required. The license key is deactivated when the refund goes through.
Support
By email, on working days, from Québec. We answer as quickly as we can, which is usually quickly and occasionally after coffee.
Liability
We test our work carefully, but software is software. Keep backups (our Folder Manager can make them for you, for free). Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
